What we collect

When you request a consult on this site, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, business name, email address, phone number (optional), any notes you add, and the time you pick.

How we use it

We use these details only to schedule your consult, send you the calendar invitation, and contact you about the consult you asked for. We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.

Where it is stored

Bookings are stored as events in InsightMatrix's Google Calendar. The site runs on Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver the page. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.

Google user data

Our booking system connects to Google Calendar only to check our own availability and create consult events. Its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep booking details only as long as needed to work with you. To see or delete what we hold about you, email support@insightmatrix.ai and we will act on it within 30 days.
